Key Elements of Our Platform Include

Property Management System: Our proprietary property management system, custom-built for Motel 6 and Studio 6, is fully integrated with the central reservation and reporting system thereby allowing seamless daily reporting of
key data.

Call Center: G6 Hospitality owns and operates a dedicated contact center in Columbus, OH that supports General Reservations, Group Sales,
e-Commerce Support and Guest Relations. The center handles approximately 1.5 million calls annually and operates from 6 a.m. – 3 a.m. year-round.

Distribution, Marketing and Sales Programs: Our comprehensive distribution system is designed to capture a greater presence and share of guest business through affiliate marketing, GDS systems, third party programs, and a full suite of mobile booking applications. The MyMotel6 recognition program has over 750,000 active members.

Motel 6 boasts one of the most recognized advertising campaigns in America, “We’ll Leave the Light on for you®”, featuring Tom Bodett. Our
annual program support includes national television, network radio, outdoor billboards, digital advertising program, search engine, and public
relations activities.

We have a dedicated business to business sales force that is centrally managed and nationally deployed. Our field sales agents are tasked with expanding our penetration in the business to business and group business segments.

Quality Program: Motel 6’s quality program is designed to protect or improve property-level operations that impact overall guest experience. Operational Consistency Managers (OCMs) are deployed by region across the U.S., and provide assessment, action planning and coaching services.

Procurement System: The Procurement Department is focused on developing partnerships with key vendors and resources that provide products or services and involve a significant spend. The team employs a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach that considers price, freight, quality, service and warranties, product life maintenance, repair, replacement costs and energy usage.

G6 University: G6 University provides a suite of training programs developed for franchise owners and managers. These customized programs have been designed to support the Motel 6 and Studio 6 business strategy and provide direct training in operations, revenue management, guest services systems, quality assurance and asset maintenance. Training is provided in a classroom setting, on the job, and also through e-learning to maximize
cost efficiencies.

Phoenix Prototype: The Phoenix prototype features a European-style guestroom designed by Priestmann Goode of London. Each room is finished with wood-effect flooring, 32-inch flat screen LCD televisions with an entertainment plug-in jack pack unit, platform beds, seating areas, ambient lighting and bright colors. A modern bathroom has also been added, outfitted with double doors, a walk-in shower, a raised sink on a black granite countertop, a large vanity area and a bright decorative towel cubby.

In-House Technical Expertise: Motel 6’s technical services team has a wide array of in-house expertise including architectural design and construction, renovation project management, engineering services, property maintenance, ADA compliance and energy conservation. Through Franchise Renovation & New Construction Services, the corporate technical team assists the franchisees in completing their own renovations or new construction projects, ensuring a consistent execution of the Phoenix design in the most timely and economic manner.
